Single, double, triple silver Low E Glass, Bendable Low Emissivity Glass

Low-emissivity Glass, also known as Low-E glass, refers to flat glass coated with one or more coating layers with extremely low surface emissivity. The coating process is usually vacuum magnetron sputtering. It has low thermal conductivity and high light transmittance, ensuring visible light transmittance and reducing light pollution based on prevention of heat losses.


PRODUCT FEATURES
 

1.Single Silver Low-E Glass

The single silver film layer is composed of 5 layers of film, wherein the functional layer is silver in the middle layer, and the first layer film contacting the glass is a metal oxide film, which functions to reduce the reflectance of silver, increase the transmittance and produce a reflective color. The second and fourth layers are the anti-oxidation metal layer on both sides of the silver to protect the silver from the isolation, and the fifth layer is the metal oxide to contact with the air to protect and increase the light transmittance.

2.Double Silver Low E

DOUBLE SILVER LOW-E GLASS features a clear, color-neutral appearance that can be combined in simulating glass units (IGUs) with an outboard lite of tinted or reflective tinted glass to increase aesthetic and performance options.

-Higher visible light transmittance and natural daylight.

-Rich appearance effects to meet various aesthetic requirements.

-Lower heat-transfer coefficient, effectively reduction of indoor and outdoor heat transfer, and keep the indoor temperature steady.

-Lower shading coefficient, effectively reduce solar heat gain and lower the cooling costs in summer.

Suitable for various areas where both daylight and shading are considered.
 

3.Triple Silver Low-E Glass

TRIPLE SILVER LOW-E GLASS with its transparent, color-neutral aesthetic and unprecedented solar control and visible light transmittance characteristics, some Series (WT 72/WTB 70 WTB58) can help strike the right balance between form and function.

In fact, our Triple Low-E coatings actually outperform the tinted glass often used in warm climates. In addition, because our coated glass transmits more natural light and reduces solar gain, you may be able to reduce both lighting and air conditioning electrical loads.

Glass packed in seaworthy wooden crates or plywood cases with paper interlayer between every two pieces of glass or powder sprayed onto its surface to ensure safety, prevent glass from sticking together in humid conditions, the former much safer but gradually be replaced by the latter since which is more friendly to environment.

Breakage and complaints:
Glass shipping has always been a challenge, if any of your goods are lost, damaged during the transportation, please follow the below procedure.

1. Clear photo showing inside the fully -loaded container with the door open. 
2. Please forward to our sales team directly, also, please contact local insurance agencies to inspect the offloading procedures.
3. Clear photos showing the defect or breakage along with batch number of the items which are labeled, Blurry photo will be rejected and you may be asked to take photos again.
4. In addition to the above, you have to take wide view photos and videos showing all damaged items in 1 pose from a different view
5. photo of container No and seal No,  Ensure the entire number is readable in the photo.
